Tim is a Solution/Enterprise Architect and Technical Program Manager with 15+ years in global IT. At IQ, he drives architecture and delivery across concurrent multi-year programs for Fortune 500 and global energy clients, including HESS|Chevron.
He designs cloud data platforms on AWS and Azure, integrates AI/ML into enterprise systems, and leads security and compliance across the stack, from identity & access management to infrastructure and data. As the central point of coordination between clients and cross-functional teams, he keeps parallel engagements aligned, transparent, and on track.
Before joining IQ in 2023, Tim delivered global projects for enterprises, SMBs, and startups across fintech, oil & gas, media, healthcare, retail, sport, manufacturing, and gaming.
Tim holds an M.S. in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
